Hobbs fatal house fire under investigation

HOBBS, N.M. (KRQE) – Hobbs Fire and Police are investigating a house fire from earlier this week. According to the Hobbs Fire Department, crews were sent to a home with smoke coming from it. AFR fire chief voices concerns about city council proposalThey say the fire was confined to a single bedroom, but an unresponsive man was found in a different part of the home. The man, identified as Hector Jasso, died at the hospital.
