Hobbs child in critical condition after struck by car

HOBBS, N.M. (KRQE) – A Hobbs child is hospitalized after being hit by a car.
Police say just before noon Saturday, officers responded to an alleyway in the 2900 block of North Morris and found the 4-year-old injured.
He was taken to the hospital and at last check is in critical condition.
Police are still investigating, but say they don’t believe charges will be filed against the driver.
