High winds, blowing dust returns Tuesday

Another round of high winds will move through New Mexico Tuesday afternoon. Blowing dust and a high fire danger will return too with wind gusts up to 70 mph.
Windier weather has returned to start the week. Southwest winds are gusting over 40 mph at times across parts of New Mexico. That has helped to bring in warmer weather today too, with temperatures in the 60s, 70s, and 80s for many. Winds will settle down overnight ahead of a very windy day Tuesday.
