Hardware stores packed due to winter storm

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE)– Hardware stores in Albuquerque have a seen a boom in customers thanks to the recent winter storm.
Stores were flooded with homeowners looking to clean up the snow and ice that was left behind.
True Value Hardware on Lomas completely sold out of ice melt and shovels.The store says customers arrived just as they opened.They also say all of their plastic sleds and toboggans have also sold out.
