Group who killed 5-year-old in fatal drive-by shooting sentenced

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – On August 13, 2023, then 15-year-old Alan Ramirez was driving one of the cars involved in a drive-by shooting with 16-year-old Yahir Carballo and 15-year-old Alexander Barraza-Venzor riding with him. Jose Ruiz Ramirez, 17, was driving the other car with 18-year-old Secheray Hernandez inside. The group drove to a mobile home park in southwest Albuquerque and opened fire killing Galilea Samaniego.
