Grand jury indicts Albuquerque road rage shooter

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The man accused of shooting and killing 4-year-old Lilly Garcia in a road rage incident was indicted by a grand jury Friday.
Tony Torrez is charged with first degree murder, shooting at or from a motor vehicle with great bodily harm, two counts of shooting at or from a motor vehicle with no injury, two counts of assault with intent to commit a violent felony and tampering with evidence.
