Governor Martinez promotes her own agenda at GOP convention

SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) – A testy and guarded relationship between Donald Trump and New Mexico Gov. Susana Martinez shows little sign of change as she and other GOP delegates make their way to the Republican National Convention next week in Cleveland.
