Governor declaring State of Emergency due to Dog Head Fire

CHILILI, N.M. (KRQE) – The Dog Head Fire that started Tuesday afternoon in the Manzano Mountains has burned hundreds of acres with no reported containment. The Torrance County Sheriff is warning residents to be ready to leave their homes at a moment’s notice if the winds pick up.
