Gov. Martinez continues efforts in education reforms
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Governor Susana Martinez is continuing her efforts to increase college graduation rates in the state.
On Monday, Martinez told New Mexico college and university administrators that they should reduce undergraduate degree programs to 120 hours.
She also wants them to consider new ways to help high school graduates who are not ready for college.
Martinez says every school should have a strategy to make their programs achievable.
