Golden Apple awarded to Albuquerque P.E. teacher

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Paula Jackson has done it all in her teaching career and on Monday she won a Golden Apple Award.
“It’s my joy. It’s my passion. I just love it. Here I am 31 years later still loving it,” said Jackson.
Paula Jackson says she has always known she would be a teacher. When she was a kid, Jackson held summer school in her garage for all the little kids in the neighborhood. Today, her unique style in the school gym is what stands out.
