Girls 4A quarterfinal - Gallup's early defense stifles Deming

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Defense was on full display early in Tuesday afternoon's 4A quarterfinal between second ranked Gallup and seven seeded Deming. Gallup only allowed two first quarter and eight first half points. That proved to be the difference as Gallup won the game 58-38.Deming scored the first field goal of the game.
