Former Santa Fe attorney facing charges in second DWI related incident

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – He’s already served time for a deadly DWI crash, now a once-prominent Santa Fe attorney is back in the courtroom Friday, on trial for driving drunk again. But, he may not face much time.
