Former Clovis officer charged with multiple crimes

CLOVIS, N.M. (KRQE) -- A former police officer has turned himself in after a warrant was issued, Clovis Police Department said.According to police, Frank Careri, who used to be an officer in Clovis, turned himself in on Friday morning. He was wanted on multiple charges.
