Former Albuquerque Police Union President asks judge to help get bond back

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Former Albuquerque police union president Stephanie Lopez was in court on Wednesday, asking a judge to help her get her bond money back.
Lopez was arrested last month on charges of child abuse.  A criminal complaint filed by a Bernalillo County Sheriff’s detectives says Lopez repeatedly struck her teenage daughter in the face during a dispute over an utility notice.
