Forest officials: More than 60 structures destroyed in Timberon Fire

OTERO COUNTY, N.M. (KRQE) – Firefighters are still trying to get control of the wildfire burning in the Village of Timberon, just south of Cloudcroft.
The State Forest Service said Thursday night the number of structures destroyed has now jumped to 60. That includes at least 31 homes.
