Fire officials investigating blaze in southeast Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Albuquerque Fire Department says it’s investigating a structure fire in southeast Albuquerque.
Wednesday afternoon, firefighters responded to the blaze at 12400 Central Avenue SE.
Firefighters were able to contain the fire within about 20 minutes, saving nearby businesses from being damaged.
However, the building where the fire was located, which was unoccupied, is total loss.
Officials say Central from Dorado to Juan Tabo remain shut down.
