Fire crews continue to battle Moon Mountain Fire in Ruidoso

RUIDOSO, N.M. (KRQE) – Crews are battling a fire near Ruidoso that began Monday afternoon and burned into the evening.
Officials say the fire did not progress overnight and all of the lines are holding.
Fire officials say the main obstacle Tuesday has been the wind, with gusts up to 60 miles an hour.
