Farmer accuses Valencia County sheriff’s deputy of stealing hay

VALENCIA COUNTY, NM (KRQE) – A Valencia County farmer said a sheriff’s deputy has been stealing his hay, but thinks the sheriff’s department is sweeping the issue under the rug.
