Fallen Tacoma officer was Albuquerque native

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A police officer killed in the line of duty in Tacoma, Washington was an Albuquerque native.
Reginald Jake Gutierrez was shot and killed Wednesday night after responding to a domestic violence call in the Seattle suburb.
Friends and family tell KRQE News 13 he was from Albuquerque.
The 45-year-old officer was a 17-year veteran of the Tacoma police force.
