Experts testify in trial of accused Rio Rancho cop killer

LOS LUNAS, N.M. (KRQE)  – The trial of accused cop killer Andrew Romero continued Tuesday with more experts for the state taking the stand.
Romero is accused of shooting and killing Rio Rancho Police Officer Gregg Benner on Memorial Day last year.
Prosecutors have to prove Romero was there that night and the person who pulled the trigger.
