Expectant Albuquerque mother sentenced to four years in prison

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A mom-to-be is now headed to prison for running a man over several times.
Britney Encinias was convicted of running over Doug Hotalen three times in a parking lot of an apartment complex after he told her to leave for creating a disturbance in 2015. Hotalen suffered serious injuries to his hip, shoulder, hand and chest.
Encinias was convicted of several charges including aggravated battery. She was sentenced to four years behind bars with two years supervised rel
