Even hotter weather moves in this weekend

Record heat will start moving into New Mexico Friday. More record high temperatures will break Saturday and Sunday across the state.Warmer weather continued to move into the western half of New Mexico Thursday afternoon, with high temperatures climbing into the 90s in southwest New Mexico and the 80s up to Farmington.
