ENMU's new chancellor named

PORTALES, N.M. (KRQE) – Eastern New Mexico University has named a new chancellor. James Johnston comes from Midwestern University in Witchita Falls, where he serves as the provost for academic affairs. Eastern New Mexico University receives $700k grant for researchHe will take over at Eastern on January 3. Chancellor Patrice Caldwell is retiring after more than four decades at Eastern.
