Drier morning, stormy afternoon around New Mexico

NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – Thursday morning is dry and chilly across New Mexico. There is patchy fog in the southeast plains, and patchy valley fog in the upper Rio Grande Valley, especially around Alamosa.
