Downed balloon causes power outage in northwest Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE)– Albuquerque Police say power in out in the area of I-25 and Montgomery due to a hot air balloon hitting a power line.
PNM crews are working to clear the line and restore power to the area.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area if possible.
