Dove pulls Facebook ad than many call racist

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Dove Soap pulled a questionable ad that some people characterized as racist.
The body wash ad posted on Facebook shows a black woman taking her shirt off to reveal a white woman.
The white woman then takes off her lighter-colored shirt, revealing a woman of color in a slightly darker shirt.
Dove apologized, saying it “missed the mark in representing women of color thoughtfully.”
