Dog Head Fire burning 800 to 1,000 acres, evacuations recommended

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Dog Head Fire that started Tuesday afternoon in the Manzano Mountains is estimated to be burning 800 to 1,000 acres. Voluntary evacuations have been recommended by fire officials for areas northeast of the fire.
