Dianna Duran withdraws motion to reevaluate sentence

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Dianna Duran has withdrawn her motion asking the court to reduce her probation.
According to court officials, the motion was filed Tuesday.
The former New Mexico Secretary of State was asking a judge to reconsider the conditions of her probation.
As part of her probation Duran has to speak to the public four times a month for the next three years about her mistakes.
