Dianna Duran asks judge to reevaluate community service sentence
ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Former New Mexico Secretary of State Dianna Duran is asking a judge to reconsider the conditions of her probation.
She is now requesting that the requirement for her to make four public appearances per month be reevaluated.
The weekly public appearances are part Duran’s community service sentencing.
