Decision 2016: New Mexico counties bleeding blue, red

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – New Mexicans are used to answering the question “red or green?” But in the political world, it could be “red or blue?” referring to the symbolic colors on the electoral map for Republicans and Democrats.
Most analysts have New Mexico and its five electoral votes in the blue, or Democratic, column for the presidential election this November. But some sections of the state are deeply blue, and others deeply red, no matter what.
