DA: Albuquerque officer justified for returning fire in 2015 shooting

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – District Attorney Kari Brandenburg announced Thursday that Albuquerque Police Officer Lou Golson was justified in returning fire at a suspected drunk driver.
Albuquerque Police Department Officer Lou Golson was struck by four bullets in January 2015 during a traffic stop on a suspected drunk driver.
