CYFD group home for girls called 'HOPE House' opens in Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Amid continuing struggles to recruit foster families throughout the state, New Mexico's Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD) is taking more steps to house at-risk children in a home-like environment instead of having them stay in their offices.
