Crews work to extinguish Corrales fire

CORRALES, N.M. (KRQE) – Firefighters are working to stop a fire on private property in Corrales.
According to officials the fire is burning between Maestas Lane and Hansen Road and has burned a couple of vehicles.
Officials say the fire is contained but Rio Rancho, Albuquerque and Sandoval County fire departments are working to put out the blaze.
Corrales Fire Chief Anthony Martinez told KRQE News 13 they are working to protect the bosque and structures near the fire.
