County to discuss Sandia mountain roller coaster plans

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Plans to build a new restaurant at the top of Sandia and a mountain coaster could move forward this week.
On Tuesday, the Bernalillo County Commission is expected to discuss approving $9 million in bonds for those projects.
About $7 million of that could go towards building a replacement for the High Finance Restaurant which is set to be torn down later this year. The other $2 million would go towards building a mountain coaster in the ski area. That’s not
