Consumer loan balances up in Southern NM

The outstanding balance of all consumer loans in southern New Mexico was $14.9 billion as of June 2015, a nearly 10 percent increase from June 2012. Over the same period of time nationwide, the outstanding balance of all consumer loans increased 3.6 percent.
