Construction to close off ramp at Louisiana, I-40

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Construction is scheduled to begin on the I-40 eastbound off ramp at Louisiana. Closures for the Louisiana interchange project have been underway for weeks as crews give it a makeover.
The project is geared toward helping heavy traffic in the area, and also to help repair crumbling asphalt.
