Clovis police find puppies in dumpster, looking for suspect

CLOVIS, N.M. (KRQE) – Clovis police are searching for a suspect who threw newborn puppies in a dumpster.Police claimed a male drove down an alleyway in a brown SUV and threw a white plastic bag into a dumpster. They got calls that there were three newborn puppies in the bag crying with another one already dead.Story continues below
