Clovis family seeks public’s help to find driver in fatal crash

CLOVIS, N.M. (KRQE) – A Clovis family is once again reaching out to the public for help catching the driver who killed a young woman.
State police have issued an arrest warrant for 25-year-old Jose Calderon, who they say was driving a truck and crashed into a tree.
Officer say he was on south Roosevelt Road in Portales on June 7. One of his passengers, 20-year-old Angel Garcia was killed.
It’s believed Calderon had been drinking.  He’s been on the run since the crash.
