Classes resume at Umpqua Community College

Roseburg, Ore. (KOIN) — Classes were set to resume on Monday morning at Umpqua Community College, more than a week after a shooter killed 8 students and a teacher before killing himself in a deadly rampage in a campus classroom.
Oregon Governor Kate Brown spoke in front of the college, welcoming students back and expressing her support. UCC President Rita Cavin spoke as well.
