City unveils permanent memorial to honor Officer Dan Webster

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – A permanent memorial is now in place to honor Albuquerque Police Officer Daniel Webster, who was killed in the line of duty.
There were dozens of police officers at the corner of Eubank and Central Tuesday morning, along with some others who just happened to walk by and pay their respects to the officer and the Webster family.
During the short ceremony, both the mayor and city police chief talked about Webster and his life spent serving others.
