City shelter asks for donations for animals

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The city’s animal shelters are asking for donations this holiday season.
Shoppers can help when they purchase things online. Shelters are collecting blankets, toys and treats for pets until December 23.
The city also made an account with Amazon. For free, customers can donate some of their costs to the Animal Welfare Department.
