City reveals what’s next for the Albuquerque Rapid Transit project

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The City of Albuquerque revealed what’s next in the push to build the Albuquerque Rapid Transit line of dedicated bus lanes that will run up and down Central.
Mayor Richard J. Berry is confident the feds will foot a chunk of the $119 million tab for this project.
The feds have recommended to chip in $70 million toward the project. The Federal Transit Administration still needs to sign off on it.
