City admits DOJ police reform behind schedule

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – In federal court, the city of Albuquerque acknowledged it’s likely a federal monitor will be around longer than the mayor and police had hoped.
Friday marked the halfway point for the police reform deal signed two years ago but the city admitted its behind schedule.
