Cimarron High School students build sculpture out of old horseshoes

CIMARRON, N.M. (KRQE) – Students at Cimarron High School put their welding skills to work on a cool project by creating a life-sized elk sculpture out of old horseshoes. To make it, the students first drew out a silhouette of an elk on the shop's floor, then bent, cut, and welded more than 330 horseshoes together.
