SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) – New Mexico’s distinctive commuter rail line cuts a breathtaking path through swaths of cottonwood trees clustered along the Rio Grande, ferrying workers between metropolitan Albuquerque to the seat of state government in Santa Fe.
