Chaves County man charged with aggravated DUI

ROSWELL, N.M. (KRQE) – A Chaves County man is facing charges after state police say he slammed into a sheriff deputy's vehicle while extremely intoxicated. On Thursday, the Chaves County Sheriff's Office said a driver was waiting to turn in the intersection of Brasher and Sunset in South Roswell.They say the driver collided with another car, striking a deputy's vehicle parked behind them.
