Charges against 2 suspects in Jaydon Chavez-Silver's death dismissed

Charges against Donovan Maez and Christopher Cruz, suspected in the slaying of Jaydon Chavez-Silver were dismissed Thursday afternoon. The decision was made follwing a thorough discussion and in consultation with Chavez-Silver's family.
