Changes coming for busy Albuquerque off-ramp

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – A little more than a decade after a major construction project sculpted the Louisiana and I-40 interchange, the Department of Transportation says more needs to be done and will be done.
Construction starts January 11 on the eastbound I-40 off-ramp, where a third left turn lane onto northbound Louisiana will be added.
The construction will include lane closures and detours.
