Celebration of Life for Scott Appelman will be held at Balloon Fiesta Park

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A Celebration of Life for Scott Appelman, the founder of Rainbow Ryders, will be held in Albuquerque in October.Appelman passed away in August at the age of 66.
