Caught on Video: DWI suspect drives with flat tire

SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – The same weekend one woman was stopped for driving the wrong way on I-25, another DWI suspect was seen driving there with sparks flying after she got a flat tire and just kept going.
Santa Fe County deputies say 23-year-old Karly Vicenti was riding her car down to the rim after a flat tire on I-25 near the Cochiti exit on Friday, Oct. 7.
